Today, Microsoft confirmed that the Xbox Series X is scheduled to be released in November 2020. This follows shortly after the announcement of the game console's launch title, 343 Industries’ Halo Infinite, has been delayed and will now debut in 2021.
Ever since Microsoft teased us in December 2019 of what the Xbox Series X will look like, it still wasn't clear on when the gaming system will be released, just, "holiday 2020."
Microsoft said in an article, "We have plenty to keep you busy until Chief arrives: There will be thousands of games to play, spanning four generations, when Xbox Series X launches globally this November and over 100 optimized for Xbox Series X titles, built to take full advantage of our most powerful console, are planned for this year."
The price of the Xbox Series X is still unknown.
