Safaree Apologizes For Lying About His Divorce From Erica Mena

Safaree issued an apology Thursday after hinting at a divorce from Erica Mena a day before.

The reality TV star posted a new photo of himself working out and claimed he was joking when he referred to himself as a bachelor and tagged Divorce Court.

"A man is nothing without his family," Safaree wrote in the caption. "Im not a bachelor & I love my wife I would never disrespect the mother of my child or wife. Sorry for being childish & Salute to all the real men out there."

The 39-year-old also edited the caption of the original Instagram post with an alert for a premiere on Friday, leading many to believe the incident was a publicity stunt all along.
