Erianica Primer went to a nightclub with friends to celebrate her birthday. The Milwaukee woman had made arrangements for her two small children to be taken care of.
“She was like all I had here,” her older sister, Shavonne Oliphant told TV station CBS58 . My mom stays in Texas so since our mom been gone, our bond got stronger . If I needed her to do anything, she did it. She rearranged her schedule for me. She called in for work . If she needed to, she did what she had to do to help me. That’s how we was. She had my back and I had her back.”
Primerr had just turned 27 years old and was so excited to have a little fun. But inside the club, she had gotten into a disagreement with some girls.
When she went outside the club about 1:30 a.m., a man shot her, according to media reports. She died at the scene.
The slaying, which took place early Thursday, Sept. 10, has rattled residents and caused outrage int he community.
Primer's mother, Evelyn Woods says the ordeal is too much for her.
"I am just numb," Woods tells CBS58. "It's just like a dream... She was very smart, intelligent, loved her boys. She was very energetic and loved by so many."
Primer leaves behind two son, ages 2 and 4.
