Former NY Mayor, Rudy Giuliani Reportedly Requested $20K/Day to Do Trump's Legal Work Post-Election

According to reports, Rudy Giuliani requested a whopping $20,000/day to lead Trump's post-election legal team. The hefty compensation comes in exchange for Giuliani's representation in the cases where he's trying to overturn election results. The New York Times initially reported on the story, much to New York's former mayor's chagrin.

“I never asked for $20,000,” said Giuliani in response to the story. “The arrangement is, we’ll work it out at the end.” He added whoever said he requested such a steep amount “is a liar, a complete liar.”

While it is likely the courts will rule against the Trump campaign across the states he's begun the legal process, many believe Giuliani is prolonging the legal battle because a ridiculous compensation arrangement incentivizes him.
