Florida Man Steals Scratch-Off Tickets And Tries To Cash It At The Same Place He Stole Them

Herbert McClellan, 27, a Florida resident stole 13 scratch-off tickets from a convenience store and when he won $30, he went right back to the store to cash it in, authorities say.

The staff of the convenience store immediately called the police, and McClellan was arrested and charged with petit theft and dealing in stolen property and is being held on a $12,000 bond.
