Florida Man Shoots His Shot at Judge During Virtual Bond Hearing

A South Florida man (virtually) went before Judge Tabitha Blackmon and was struck by how gorgeous she was. So much so, he tried shooting his shot during his hearing. However, the attempt at flirting didn't deter Judge Blackmon from setting his bond at $5,000.

Defendant Demetris Lewis appeared on camera and said, "Judge, you are so gorgeous, so gorgeous, judge." He added, "I just had to tell you. You're gorgeous." Visibly flattered by the comment, Blackmon responded, "Flattery will get you everywhere, but maybe not here."

Lewis is currently jailed after attempting to break into a home occupied by a woman and her three children. A neighbor intervened and cops subsequently arrested the man. He was later charged with Lewis is charged with attempted burglary of an occupied dwelling.
