Sources say that Brooklyn rapper, Bobby Shmurda will have to wait a few more weeks before he stands in front of the parole board. A spokesperson with the state's Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (DOCCS) told the outlet that Bobby's new hearing takes place in mid-September. "Ackquille Pollard’s Board of Parole interview is currently scheduled for the week of September 14,” said the spokesperson.
It is important to note that the Sept 14 hearing isn't guaranteed to end with him being granted release. The Parole Board has roughly two weeks to make a final decision after Bobby's hearing on whether he'll be let out of Clinton Correctional Facility before his sentence ends. While it's not the best possible outcome, if Bobby Shmurda is denied parole, his latest release date will be December 11, 2021.
